I have a bachelor's degree in psychology, so I basically need to start from scratch. I am trying to figure out the best way to get the training I need to get involved in the Web. What employers really want is not a degree but proof positive that a person can do the work. If you build a page that shows you can do the things employers might want done with their pages, you should be able to find work.
